Four suspects are charged in connection with a fatal drug overdose that was reported on Monday

The incident happened at 1949 Northpoint Boulevard.

Chattanooga Police Department Narcotics and Homicide Investigators worked together interviewing several witnesses and suspects while collecting evidence

relevant to the case. 

The four suspects Joshua Johnson, Nicole Cimini, Milton Patrick, and Jeffrey Scealf were all taken into custody and booked into the Hamilton County Jail. 

Johnson and Cimini have been charged with second-degree murder, for the death of Mark Elliott who was given overdosage of heroin that resulted in his death.

 Patrick and Scealf were charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin. 

More charges are pending in this case upon review by the Hamilton County District Attorney's Office.
