Commercial plane slid off the runway at Chicago's O'hare Airport
An American Airlines plane slid off the runway at Chicago's O'hare International Airport Monday morning.
A spokesperson from the Department Of Aviation says the inbound flight from Greensboro, North Carolina exited a runway upon landing.
In a statement, American Airline said: "The flight, operated by envoy air, slid off the runway due to icy conditions."
Thirty-eight passengers and three crew members were on board.
Officials say no injuries were reported.
The blast of winter weather caused hundreds of flights to be canceled at O'hare and Midway Airport in Chicago.
