95-year-old Chattanooga veteran wows the crowd with his dance moves
'Dance like no one is watching' goes the old adage. But others don't mind an audience.
Sunday, Chattanooga’s own retired U.S. Army Colonel Joe Heflin was spotted in a video shot by Ben Cagle at the Chattanooga Market for the Sweet Georgia Sound Veterans Day celebration.
Sweet Georgia Sound does a great job of playing each song from all of the branches of the military.
At 95 years old, Joe Heflin is one of a very few living WWII veterans. That alone makes him special, but he is also a veteran of the Korean War and Vietnam. He also sings. Joe will be 96 years old in February.
And we thank Joe; not only for his amazing dance skills, but for his service, along with all other veterans.
