Police have arrested the man they say exposed himself to two female students at Chattanooga State Community College.

29-year-old Kenneth Fuller was arrested last night and charged with indecent exposure and sexual battery.

School officials say that Fuller is a student on campus and court documents say he frequented the area where the incident happened.

According to those documents, the two female students told police they were sitting in a booth at the Omniplex building Tuesday afternoon when the male student they knew approached them.

Court documents say that male student, identified by police as Fuller, began a conversation with the two women.

They reported Fuller smelled strongly of marijuana and told one of the students she should quote "smoke with him sometime."

She told police Fuller stepped closer to her, rubbing his genitals against her arm.

The women reported the incident to campus police, who issued a warrant for Fuller's arrest.

Nancy Patterson, the spokesperson for Chattanooga State, released a written statement following Fuller's arrest, saying in part:

"A timely warning was issued alerting the campus community of the incident--including the identity and photo of the suspect along with safety tips and instructions to call police if you see him or have information."

Patterson declined to comment about Fuller's status as a student or disciplinary action, citing an ongoing criminal investigation.

Fuller has been released from jail on a $10,000 thousand. He's due to appear in court on December 5th.

Fuller has faced drug and traffic charges in the past and was on probation at the time of his arrest.
