Two arrested in Bradley County for financial exploitation of elderly Texas man
Two suspects in Bradley County have been arrested with multiple charges for financially victimizing an elderly male from Texas.
Ademola Adejonwo and Jasmine Adejonwo were involved in a fraudulent scheme involving an elderly man, a theft valued over $10,000 and destruction of
evidence, according to Bradley County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators say the scheme first happened on June 28, when the suspects targeted the elderly male from Brazoria, TX.
A search warrant was served in Bradley County, where authorities discovered additional currency belonging to the elderly male inside of the suspects’ home.
Both suspects were indicted by a grand jury in Bradley County and subsequently arrested on October 28.
The suspects are currently in custody at the Bradley County Jail.
The investigation determined that there have been no local victims relating to this case.
