On its long trek from New Mexico to Washington D.C., the U.S. Capitol Christmas tree is scheduled to make a visit to Chattanooga next month.

The tree will be parked at the Federal Building Public Park on Market Street on November 21, according to the tour website.

The stop will only last an hour, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Those in attendance can sign a banner on the side of the truck and buy U.S. Capitol Christmas tree merchandise.

The tree will leave the Carson National Forest in New Mexico on Monday, November 11, and stop in 25 communities on its way to the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol.

The tree will make a total of three stops in Tennessee, including Nashville and Knoxville.

You can track the tree live starting on November 11th using the Capitol tree tracker.
