UPDATE: Endangered Child Alert canceled after missing teens found safe
UPDATE: An Endangered Child Alert for two missing teens from the Memphis area has been canceled.
The TBI said on Monday that 15-year-old Joseph Fitzgibbon has been found safe.
Wednesday, the TBI said 17-year-old Angela Helms has also been found safe.

ORIGINAL STORY: The TBI says an Endangered Child Alert for a 17 and 15-year-old that was issued in September is still active.
Investigators say 17-year-old Angela Helms and 15-year-old Joseph Fitzgibbon were last seen in Memphis on September 1.
A TBI spokesperson says both teens have ties to East Tennessee and both are without their medications.
Investigators believe Fitzgibbon and Helms are not currently together but were at one time.
Angela Helms is 5’4” inches tall and weighs 133 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Joseph Fitzgibbon is 5’5” inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
