'Haunted' hotel room at The Read House welcomes first overnight guests since renovations
With Halloween on the horizon, some are in for a spooky stay at a recently-renovated Chattanooga hotel, The Read House.
For the first time since The Read House's renovation, guests can stay in Room 311, a room that's claimed to be the location of a 1920's murder of a woman named Annalisa Netherly.

The Read House says the room is haunted by the ghost of Netherly and they claim guests have reported "paranormal" activity in the room over the years, including "unexplained noises, flickering lights, running water, shadowy figures and more."
Guests can stay in the so-called haunted room on October 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
The Read House is located at 107 W M.L.K. Blvd, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
