Georgetown Road to be closed again Thursday due to water main break relocation
UPDATE: Georgetown Road in Cleveland will once again be closed Thursday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to an unexpected break in one of the main waterlines. Residents and businesses in this area are not affected by the waterline break.
A section of Georgetown Road at 25th Street will be temporarily closed Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
The city of Cleveland and Cleveland Utilities will be relocating and installing water lines for this segment of an intersection improvement project.
Cleveland Public Works crews will also be installing drainage infrastructure along this portion of the road.
Access to businesses in the area will be available to drivers, following the detours signs that will be posted.
