The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for 14-year-old Jasmine Harris.

Jasmine is described as 5’6” tall with brown eyes and brown hair.

She was reported missing from 5654 High Street on September 2, 2019, and has been missing for 9 days without any contact with her mom.

The sheriff's office said she has a history of running away from home, but in previous incidences, she has usually maintained some form of contact with her mother. This newest incident is considered unique as she has never been gone this much time without contact with a parent.

Jasmine was last seen in East Ridge near the area of John Ross Road and South Seminole Road on September 3rd.

It is unclear if Jasmine is still within the Chattanooga/Hamilton County area or if she may have traveled outside the area.

HCSO investigators are currently following up on all available leads in order to locate Jasmine safely and return her to her family.

Anyone with any information regarding her current whereabouts or her previous whereabouts is asked to contact the HCSO Non-Emergency number 423-622-0022 or 911.
