UPDATE: Woman charged in crash involving Chattanooga fire truck
UPDATE: Chattanooga Police have arrested and charged a woman in connection to a crash involving a Chattanooga fire truck.
Red Bank Police Department says the driver, Amanda Humphreys, has been charged with DUI, failure to exercise due care and no insurance.
PREVIOUS STORY: Officials are investigating a crash involving a Chattanooga fire truck that was hit by a car.
The crash happened Tuesday morning at the intersection of Browntown Road and Dayton Boulevard.
The fire truck was parked, when a car hit the side of the truck, an eyewitness said.
The car also hit a pickup truck and a telephone pole.
Two people in the car were taken to a hospital with injuries.
No fire personnel was injured.
