UPDATE: Cleveland police say a man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend has been taken into custody on Wednesday.

Police say 20-year-old Sebastian Tinoco was found by U.S. Marshals.

Sgt. Evie West says Tinoco faces charges of Aggravated Kidnapping, Simple Assault, Aggravated Domestic Assault and vandalism.

Police have not released details of what led to Tinoco's capture, but thanked the community for all of the tips and information shared.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Cleveland Police Department is asking for your help in finding a man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend on Monday.

Police spokesperson Sgt. Evie West says 20-year-old Sebastian Tinoco is accused of kidnapping the victim during a fight with her new boyfriend at Econo Lodge on Westside Drive NW.

Sgt. West says Tinoco took the victim to Ooltewah, where a witness heard her screaming for help and took her back to Econo Lodge.

Sgt. West says Tinoco has probation warrants out of Marion County. West says he now faces charges of Aggravated Kidnapping, Simple Assault, Aggravated Domestic Assault and vandalism.
