UPDATE: Chattanooga man arrested for shooting man with rock-salt round
UPDATE: Chattanooga Police say they arrested a man for an incident off Kayla Circle on the evening of August 14.
The victim says he was mowing his lawn when 62-year-old Robert Madry pointed a gun and shot him with a rock-salt round.
Police responded to the incident around 6:45 p.m.
According to an affidavit, Madry told police that he was showing his son how to put rock salt into a shotgun shell.
Madry told police that when went to set the gun down, the gun fired and hit the victim.
Madry's daughter told police that she saw her father point the gun and shoot the victim.
Madry was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Madry is currently at Hamilton County Jail.

Police say one person is in custody.
The victim is expected to be okay and refused to be taken to a hospital.
No names have been released.
