The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary on Perry Street on July 8th.

Deputies say forced entry was made into the residence through a window.

The suspects took two large flat-screen televisions, a jewelry box, and a window air conditioning unit.

Officials were able to capture the suspects’ vehicle on surveillance footage from a nearby business.

Deputy Justin Buckelew spotted the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Benton Pike on July 15th.

The driver, 43-year-old Sherry Renee Smith, and her son, 19-year-old Marvin Gage Sneed were taken into custody.

Both Smith and Sneed were charged with Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property.
