UPDATE: Children in center of Endangered Child Alert found safe
UPDATE: The three children in the center of a state-wide Endangered Child Alert on July 9 have been located.
According to the Tennessee Investigation Bureau's social media, the children were found safe in Cass County, Minnesota.
The children were found with their non-custodial parents, Amanda Essex and Michale Darrel Christian.
Essex and Christian are currently in custody.
