Good Tuesday.  The heat and humidity will be in full effect today.  We will soar to 94 degrees with the heat index possibly touching 100.  During the heat of the day make sure you make yourself drink lots of water if you are outdoors for any length of time.  A strong ridge of high pressure will limit our potential for thunderstorms this afternoon.  One or two may break through, but it's not likely.  Most of us will be mostly sunny throughout the day.

Wednesday we start in the low 70s.  We will climb to 92 in the afternoon with a few pop-up showers and storms in the afternoon and evening.

For the 4th of July, we will again hit a muggy 92.  A few showers and storms are a good possibility for the late afternoon and evening hours.  We could see a few storms lingering up to about 9pm and hopefully won't interfere with your fireworks.

Friday through the weekend will be a persistent pattern of highs in the low 90s, and a better chance for scattered storms each afternoon.
