Police say Eric L. Williams Jr. is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly selling narcotics to a person who died from an overdose on May 6, the same day the drugs were sold.

Police say an autopsy confirmed the person died from overdosing on meth.

Police say they found several other drugs in Williams’ possession while serving warrants for his arrest.

Williams is also charged Possession of Heroin for Resale, Simple Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
