Temperatures rose to 91 degrees in Chattanooga on Sunday, but that didn't stop families from going to The Tennessee Pavilion for a special Father's Day celebration.

Hundreds gathered for live music, food trucks, vendors, and beer.

Channel 3 spoke to one dad at The Tennessee Pavilion who brought his three kids, he said the Blues and Brews event was perfect for the whole family.

"It's Father's Day, I have my children with me. It's a great place to grab some food. Obviously, with all the arts and crafts and things, it's a great opportunity to show them a little piece of Chattanooga that is the market," said August Jones.

The event also featured several performances by two talented blues bands from the Chattanooga area.
