Hundreds of items belonging to the late actor Burt Reynolds are going up for auction.

Items range from Reynolds' clothing, his expired passport, credit cards, drivers license, belts, belt buckles, ties, etc...

The main attraction though is the Pontiac Trans-Am car that Reynolds drove in the movie "Smokey and the Bandit."

Julien's Auctions says there are more than 800 items up for sale at every price point.

The auction company says he was a global icon, and that will be reflected in the auction on Saturday and Sunday.
