CHATTANOOGA (Gomocs.com) --The Chattanooga Mocs men’s basketball team is getting closer to announcing the 2019-20 slate. As the final touches, signatures and times are being put to binding agreements, but that doesn’t mean fans can’t get their tickets for the exciting campaign to come.

Season tickets are on sale now. They can be purchased on GoMocs.com (at the link above) or by calling (423) 266-MOCS. Fans can also stop by the Gate 1 ticket office at McKenzie Arena.

“We are excited about the team we’ve put together for this season,” Coach Lamont Paris said. “It’s important to us to reward our fantastic core of fans dedicated to the program.”

The whole team is on campus now. Eight returnees, one transfer redshirt and six new bodies are enrolled and on-court beginning the turning of the page to 2019-20.

“It’s a great commitment made by our administration,” Paris added. “It’s vital to get these guys together early. This is the time where we become a team, growing and competing. Conditioning, skill-work and chemistry are built now so when practice officially starts in October, we’re already ahead of the curve.

“We’re ready to get started preparing for the season and reward our fans for their support.”

Full season tickets range from $105-190 for lower-level reserved seating.

Chattanooga returns all-conference performer senior Lakelyn Bouldin and Southern Conference Freshman of the Year Eboni Williams.

Bouldin became the 29th member of the Mocs’ 1,000-Point Club and currently ranks 24th and climbing fast. She is fifth at UTC for career 3-pointers and leads Chattanooga in free throw shooting percentage over her three years.

Williams became the Mocs’ first league Freshman of the Year in 20 years. She was Chattanooga’s top rebounder last season and led the Mocs in field goal percentage making 41.4 percent of her attempts.

Padded reserved seats are $125 per person for the season and general admission seats are $100 each. With 14 home games last season, the Mocs led the Southern Conference in attendance averaging over nearly 2,500 fans per game. That’s 55th in the NCAA ahead of teams such as Vanderbilt, Alabama and Rutgers.
