UPDATE: A third person arrested in EPB Credit Union robbery
UPDATE: Chattanooga police have arrested a third suspect in connection to a robbery at EPB Credit Union that happened in May.
According to an affidavit, 32-year-old Robert Marlin Cole's cell phone was in close proximity to the time and date of the robbery.
Police searched Johnson's phone and found photos of Cole and Johnson, and they appeared to be in a relationship and communicated frequently.
Cole is charged with Aggravated Robbery and Criminal Conspiracy.
He will appear in court July 3rd.
PREVIOUS STORY: Chattanooga police arrested a second suspect involved in the EPB Credit Union robbery that happened in May.
Officials say 25 years old Angela Johnson is charged with Aggravated Robbery.
She is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
