UPDATE: Portion of HWY 111 closed in Sequatchie County due to RV fire
UPDATE: The RV has been deemed a "total loss" on Highway 111 in Sequatchie County.
THP Chattanooga asks drivers to use caution as crews work to clean up the scene.
PREVIOUS STORY: Tennessee Highway Patrol has closed a section of Highway 111 due to an RV fire.
Just after 2 p.m., THP Chattanooga tweeted that Highway 111 North on Lewis Chapel Mountain in Sequatchie County was closed as crews worked to extinguish an RV fire.
Nearly 45 minutes later, THP Chattanooga announced that they were able to reopen one left lane of that highway to relieve traffic.
