For the rest of Saturday afternoon, periods of spotty drizzle will occur until about 6:00 pm with wind at 8-13mph. A few sprinkles for the higher elevations will continue during the evening hours. Temperatures will remain cool, hovering in the upper 40s to 50 for Saturday evening plans.

Overnight, clouds will be clearing from west to east with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s. Locations along the Cumberland Plateau will likely be a little cooler in the mid-30s.

A few clouds will remain Sunday morning, mainly for our eastern counties, after which Sunday will have plenty of sunshine. With the cold start to the day, you will want to bundle up for Easter sunrise services. Fortunately, temperatures will be warming up for the afternoon with highs in the low 70s, so afternoon Easter festivities will be pleasant.

For the start of the work week, Monday will be mostly sunny with highs near 80. Tuesday will have a few more clouds, but still mostly sunny with warm temperatures in the low 80s. Wednesday will see cloud cover increase to partly sunny with highs in the low 80s. Thursday brings a return to some scattered showers with a mostly cloudy sky and highs in the upper 70s. The scattered showers continue on Friday with highs in the mid-70s.
