UPDATE: The suspect in the Chattanooga road rage shooting was found and captured Thursday in Tullahoma.

The Chattanooga Police Department Fugitive Unit and United States Marshals Service along with Tullahoma Police Department found 29-year-old Christopher Bell.

Bell has been charged with attempted criminal homicide and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

He is currently is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.

PREVIOUS STORY: Chattanooga police are still looking for the person believed to be involved in a suspected road rage shooting.

Police say the person who was shot told them he and Christopher Bell, 29, were involved in an accident in a parking lot before the shooting. 

He said Bell followed him out of the parking lot and shot him while they were both driving down the road. 

The man was taken to the hospital.

Warrants are out for the arrest of Bell on attempted criminal homicide charges.

PREVIOUS STORY: Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting on Bailey Avenue.

Officers were called to the 1000 block of Bailey Avenue around 3:15 pm.

Police say one person suffered minor injuries. As of now, the individual is expected to be OK.

CPD believes this shooting is the result of a road rage incident.

The suspect then fled the scene.
