East Ridge PD investigating reported sexual battery outside hospital
The East Ridge Police Department is investigating a reported sexual battery outside Parkridge East Hospital.
Police responded on April 16. Officers were told by the victim that a male made unwanted verbal sexual advances while outside the hospital building.
The male is described as a 57-year-old black male with white hair on the sides of his head. He was reportedly wearing blue pants and jacket.
It was further reported that the man had groped the victim after the victim had walked away from the initial encounter.
The East Ridge Police Department is currently working with hospital officials to get more information.

Sexual Battery is a class E felony as defined by Tennessee State law.
