Catoosa Co. house fire ruled arson; third fire in around two weeks
A Catoosa County house fire has been ruled arson by the Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner's Office.
The fire happened Tuesday morning around 9:30 at a house on Dogwood Drive in Fort Oglethorpe.
The Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner's Office said the fire started on the back deck and the home suffered major damage. They added that was the third fire in around two weeks, with the Tuesday fire causing the most severe damage to the home of the three.
