North Country Smokehouse is recalling approximately 2,601 pounds of pork sausage products due to misbranding.
The product's label says it is gluten-free on the label; but, the product contains gluten in the form of wheat which is listed in the product’s list of ingredients.

The ready-to-eat pork banger sausage items were produced on February 13, 2019.

The 12-oz. vacuum-sealed packages contain 4 pieces of “North Country Smokehouse Natural Irish Brand Banger Sausage” and have a use by date of 04/15/19. g.
Inside the USDA mark of inspection is establishment number “EST. 5390A”.

These items were shipped to distribution and retail locations nationwide.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
