Nonprofit that helps children awaiting foster placement expanding to Bradley Co.
A nonprofit that provides care for children awaiting foster placement is expanding to Bradley County.
The nonprofit is called Isaiah 117 House.
It first opened in Elizabethton, Tennessee, last year.
Work is underway for expansions in Washington, Greene and Sullivan Counties.
Now, a meeting is planned for expansion into Bradley County. It's set for March 23 at 11:00 am at Cleveland High School.
Isaiah 117 House has raised around $30,000 thus far for each expansion location.
