UPDATE: This cold breezy pattern will continue for tonight through Wednesday night.

Skies should remain mostly clear with lows in the low 20’s in the city and teens elsewhere tonight.

Sunny skies will prevail for Wednesday but highs will only be in the low 40’s at best. Wednesday night will see mid 20’s with near 20 in outlying areas.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and little bit warmer with highs in the low 50’s.  Clouds will increase Thursday night with lows near 40.

Friday will see the start of another showery situation as highs remain in the 50’s. 

Saturday, the rain will continue with highs in the 60’s.

Saturday night and Sunday morning could be stormy. The rain will end before noon on Sunday with skies turning partly cloudy. Highs will approach 70.

Monday and Tuesday look dry with highs near 60 degrees on Monday and in the 50’s on Tuesday.

PREVIOUS FORECAST: Today will be another cold day with highs around 40, but on a positive note, there will be sunshine today with only a few stray clouds. Again, it will be breezy at times with wind from the NW at 5-15mph. Overnight lows will be cold in the upper teens to low 20s.

Wednesday will be bright and sunny with highs in the low to mid-40s, and overnight lows will be in the mid-20s. Thursday will be slightly warmer but still below normal for this time of year with highs in the low 50s. The first part of the day will be mostly sunny, but cloud cover will increase starting in the afternoon.

Friday brings a return to a chance of showers, starting in the early morning hours and throughout the day. Highs should be in the mid-50s. There will be a slight break from the rain on Saturday with only scattered showers and much warmer highs in the mid-60s.

Then, a system will move through Saturday night into Sunday morning, bringing more consistent rain and the potential for thunderstorms. Clouds will dissipate for Sunday afternoon, and highs should be very mild around 70. As of now, total rainfall from the weekend should range from 1.5-2" with some locally higher amounts.
