Puppy found with rubber bands around his paws is ready for adoption
PHOENIX — A little more than a month after he was found with rubber bands tied around his paws, a 10-week-old puppy is ready for adoption.
Little Foot has made a full recovery after a good Samaritan brought him to the Arizona Humane Society. When he was first brought in, his feet were so swollen he had difficulty walking.
Because of all of the interest in the adorable American pit bull terrier, AHS is holding a special adoption event on Sunday, March 3.
Interested adopters should go to the Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion on Dobbins Road near 19th Avenue to enter a drawing for his adoption.
Each household will receive one ticket, and three tickets will be drawn. The household with the first ticket drawn will get the first chance to adopt.
The tickets are free, but Little Foot's adoption fee is $450.
