Chattanooga firefighters kept a business in Brainerd from burning down on Wednesday night.

The fire was reported around 5:50 p.m. in the 5800 block of Brainerd Road.

Fire officials say crews were able to put out the fire at Harbor Freight Tools in less than 20 minutes.

All of the employees and customers that were in the building when the fire broke out evacuated. No one was injured.

Officials say the fire was caused by renovations that are being done to an awning at the front of the building.

Damages are estimated at $20,000.

Officials say the business is expected to reopen on Thursday.
