After 10 straight days of at least some rainfall in which we accumulated 8.91" of rain in Chattanooga, we are finally having a few dry days before more rain moves in later in the week.

Just "for the record" we have received 10.6" of rain which makes it the 3rd wettest February on record so far.

We could easily slip into second place with another 1/2" of rain before the end of the month.

Tuesday will be partly cloudy with a warmer high in the mid 60's.

Tuesday night will be warmer, too with lows in the mid 40's.

Wednesday will be warm with highs in the mid to upper 60's and some clouds mixed with sunshine.

This Thursday rain showers will move in across much of the area with a warm high in the mid 60's.

On Friday we will see more clouds with a pleasant high in the upper 60's.

This weekend a pattern change will occur and it could get interesting!

Skies will be mostly to partly cloudy on Saturday with a high near 60.

On Sunday skies will be cloudy and a wintry mix of rain, sleet and snow could move in from the west and change over to snow later in the day.

Highs will be in the mid 40's, but temperatures will drop throughout the day.

Some snow accumulation will be possible.  Too early to say how much now.

Monday will be cold with highs in the mid 30's and flurries possible.
