The TSSAA boy's basketball region tournaments kicked off on Saturday with some games postponed until Sunday or Monday.

In Region 2-A Oneida eliminated Lookout Valley by a score of 61-54.

In Region 3-AA action, East Ridge was eliminated by Sweetwater, 67-30.

Tyner defeated Polk County and Howard beat Sequoyah. This sets up the fourth meeting of the season between the Rams and Tigers on Tuesday with a trip to the region final on the line. 

East Hamilton advances to the Region3-AAA semifinals with a 77-62 victory over Cookeville. They'll take on Stone Memorial who defeated McMinn Co.

Arts & Sciences win at home 49-37 over Rockwood. Whitwell, South Pittsburg, and Marion County all were eliminated.

Cleveland wins big over Rhea County, 85-48, at home. They'll play the winner of Bradley Central and White County in the region semifinals.
