A woman was rescued from swift-moving water in Bledsoe County.

The Bledsoe County Rescue Squad, EMS and Deputy Peyton Watson all assisted with the rescue that happened around 11:00 am CST Saturday.

"They safely and successfully rescued a lady from her flooded house," a Bledsoe County Rescue Squad spokesperson explained.

The rescue crew asks that the public continues to pray for their team as more storms are expected Saturday night.
