UPDATE: Suspect in shooting near Ingleside Elementary arrested
UPDATE: Athens Police Department have arrested and charged a man for the February 14 shooting near Ingleside Elementary.
Joseph Kibodeaux has been charged in the shooting that put Ingleside Elementary School on Lockdown.
Kibodeaux is accused of shooting into a woman's car. While the woman was not shot, she was injured by shattered glass.
According to McMinn County Sheriff's Office's website, Kibodeaux is being charged with violation of probation misdemeanor and murder.
At this time, it is unclear where these charges originated.

PREVIOUS STORY: Athens Police continue to search for the suspect in a shooting that put Ingleside Elementary on lockdown Thursday.
Police were called to Forrest Avenue by a woman who thought she'd been shot while sitting in her car. While speaking with dispatch the woman left the area.
Because the address given was near Ingleside Elementary, officials put the school on lockdown.
The woman was located and treated for wounds to her arms which appeared to be from broken glass and not a gunshot.
Gunshots were found on her vehicle and on houses in the neighborhood.
