Funding available to help families with down payment on home
If you're looking for help with buying a new home, the Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults has funding that could help.
Partnership's program, Consumer Credit Counseling Services, has a community development grant from First Tennessee Bank to help low to moderate income families with a down payment on a home.
Individuals seeking assistance must be enrolled in Partnership’s CCCS Home Buyers Education Program and meet income eligibility requirements.
The grant provides funds towards a down payment and can be used in combination with other financial assistance programs.
