UPDATE: Third suspect in Polk County murder arrested in Rossville
UPDATE: The Walker County Sheriff's Office and Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit arrested a third suspect who is wanted for a murder in Polk County in 2018.
The TBI says Willie Jay Boyd was found in Rossville on Wednesday.
Boyd is one of three suspects in the murder of 26-year-old Jacob Dakota Moore, whose remains were found on Benton Mountain in October.
The other two suspects, James David Robinson and Askia Witherow, have been arrested.
Boyd is charged with murder, aggravated robbery, false imprisonment and interference with a 911 call.

PREVIOUS UPDATE: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is searching for a third suspect connected to a 2018 Polk County murder.
Willie Jay Boyd has been added to the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted List.
He is wanted for murder, aggravated robbery, false imprisonment and interference with a 911 call.
Boyd is described as a 39-year-old Hispanic male. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He weighs around 155 pounds and is 5'10".
Two other suspects in the case, James David Robinson and Askia Witherow, are already in custody.
A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to Boyd's arrest.

PREVIOUS STORY: A Hamilton County man on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted list is now in custody.
James David Robinson was arrested Sunday in Hamilton County.
He is a suspect, along with Askia Witherow who was arrested Thursday, in the murder of Jacob Dakota Moore.
Robinson faces charges of one count of first-degree murder, one count of especially aggravated kidnapping, four counts of especially aggravated robbery, four counts of false imprisonment, one count of criminal conspiracy, and four counts of interference with an emergency call.
He is being held in the Hamilton County Jail on a $930,000 bond.

Askia Witherow was arrested Thursday night in Catoosa County and charged in the murder of an Apison man whose remains were found last October.
Hunters found 26-year-old Jacob Dakota Moore's remains on Benton Mountain in the Reliance community.
TBI agents connected Witherow, who was Moore's acquaintance, to the murder.
The TBI said Witherow faces charges of first-degree murder, especially aggravated burglary, four counts of especially aggravated robbery, kidnapping, four counts of false imprisonment and four counts of interference with an emergency call.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is still looking for a second suspect, James David Robinson.
Robinson was added to the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list Thursday.
He has warrants out of Hamilton County for First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, Especially Aggravated Robbery, and others.
He should be considered armed and dangerous.
A $2,500 reward is being offered for information that leads to his arrest.
