Hamilton County crews have discovered pieces of the plane that was reported to have crashed Monday in Chickamauga Lake, and they are still looking for any other parts.

John Scruggs with the Hamilton County Sheriff's  Dive Team says the search area is massive, and they are using a high tech camera to help.

There are several divers on standby if the camera finds something that might lead to a recovery.

So far, two divers have gone in the lake to check out objects picked up by the sonar, but weather conditions have made it difficult.

“Each diver is only good for about an hour,” said Scruggs.  The divers go through extensive training, and they help determine how the object will get removed.
