UPDATE: A driver has been charged in a crash that shut down a portion of Interstate 75 North in Catoosa County on Monday afternoon.

It happened around 5:30 pm

A crash involving two trucks shut down the northbound side around 5:30 pm.

A 911 dispatcher confirms the interstate has reopened.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the crash.

A GSP spokesperson says information about the crash will be released as it becomes available.
