Vintage Pickin’ is preparing for their upcoming Christmas Barn Sale. They’ve been hosting seasonal sales, filled with unique antiques, on the farm for the past three years. It was born out of an idea to help people feel more confident about their home décor.

“Basically the women that I would talk to would ask, how do you know what to do with all of this stuff,” explains owner and designer April Wilks. “So I realized there was a problem with women being insecure about decorating their home.”

April hand-selects the vendors that set up booths at their events. 40 are set to sell this weekend. Many of them travel hours or even days to participate at Vintage Pickin’ sales events.

“In this day and time, it’s getting really hard to find those unique, vintage and antique pieces anymore because there’s only so many,” explains Wilks. “That’s what our vendors are so good at, is curating those pieces so that you don’t have to go to barns and dig around to find them.”

Tickets are required to participate. Food vendors will be available in addition to clothing, jewelry, furniture, etc.
