Georgia man charged with aggravated statutory rape
A 29-year-old Georgia man with has been charged with aggravated statutory rape of a 16-year-old girl.
Bobby James Walter Black, of Trenton, Georgia, was charged after school counselors learned of his sexual relationship with the girl.
After authorities investigated, it was revealed that Walker and the girl have been in a relationship since June 2018.
The girl's grandmother was awarded emergency temporary custody by Child Protective Services, as authorities believe that the girl's mother and her husband knew about the relationship.
A relative claims the couple had been having sex at their house and that Black was providing the girl with alcohol and marijuana.
