Good Wednesday.  We will be much cooler this morning.  Temps in the upper 30s and low 40s are allowing for some areas of dense fog to develop, especially in the mountains.  This afternoon we can expect clouds building with showers moving through primarily between 2pm and 7pm.  We will have no severe weather with these showers.  Temps this afternoon will climb into the low to mid 60s.

Tonight, after the showers taper off during the evening, skies will remain cloudy with lows dropping into the upper 40s.

Thursday will be overcast all day with only a spotty shower here and there through the day.  It will be cool through the day, also, with highs in the mid 50s.

Friday we will start with a line of rain and some thunderstorms in the morning.  Some of those showers and storms will last through the afternoon.  I don't expect any severe weather but some heavy rain and gusty winds are possible.  Temps will be in the low to mid 50s all day Friday.

Skies will clear out Friday evening, setting the stage for a cool, dry weekend.  Saturday will be mostly sunny with temps ranging from 35 in the morning to 48 in the afternoon.  Sunday we will drop another level into the upper 20s to start the day.  The afternoon will warm to a cool, pleasant 54.

Look for more rain and chilly weather to start next week.  There is a SLIGHT chance we may see some of those rain showers transitioning into mixed precipitation Tuesday morning on the Cumberland Plateau. Again, that is only a slight chance at this point.  We'll keep an eye on it.
