OOLTEWAH, Tn. - This week we head to Ooltewah where the Owls will look to bounce back on homecoming night against the Cleveland Blue Raiders.

It was a humbling experience for Ooltewah last Friday after being shut out on the road by Maryville.

They've already forgotten about it, can't change it quite frankly, and their focus has shifted to the Blue Raiders.

The Owls are in much need of this region win to lock up a home playoff game, but Cleveland may need it more if they want to make the playoffs.

So best believe the Owls are expecting a hungry Blue Raiders team Friday night.

“We got to come in with the right mental attitude and the right mental discipline to understand that Cleveland is going to be ready to play, and they’re going to give us a great effort, Ooltewah head coach, Scott Chandler, said.

“We expect them to play hard, play aggressive, and try to get on us early, like every other team tries to do. I mean, we’re just going to be in a dog fight. We’re both going to show up, both trying to execute when we can, both be aggressive. Should be good game, great game actually, Ooltewah quarterback, Kyrell Sanford, said.

Ooltewah and Cleveland kick off at 7 p.m. on Friday at Ooltewah High School. WRCB’s Ben Bobick will be there providing live coverage starting at 4 p.m.
