Hang glider pilot sent to hospital after rough landing in Dade County
A hang glider's rough landing at the Lookout Mountain Flight Park sent him to the hospital on Friday.
It happened off New England Road just before 8:00 p.m.
Dade County Director of Emergency Services Alex Case said the hang glider was a man in his sixties and the crash knocked him unconscious.
Channel 3 learned the man was airlifted to the hospital and his condition is unclear.
