UPDATE: Hamilton Co. teacher killed in Highway 58 crash
UPDATE: Hamilton County Schools spokesman Tim Hensley confirms that the woman who died in a car crash on Highway 58 on Saturday was a teacher for the school system.
Hensley told Channel 3 that 64-year-old Karen Saxton taught at Westview Elementary School.
He said counselors will be at the school on Monday to help staff and children.
UPDATE: Chattanooga police have identified the woman killed in a crash on Highway 58 Saturday.
Karen Saxton, 64, was killed when a vehicle crashed into the driver side of her vehicle in the 5900 block of Highway 58 around 5:15 pm.
Chattanooga police said Saxton was turning onto Highway 58 from Congress Lane when she pulled into the travel path of another vehicle.
The two cars collided with the other vehicle hitting Saxton's on the driver's side.
Both vehicles rotated. Saxton's vehicle came to a stop in the southbound lane, while the other vehicle stopped in the northbound lane.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to an area hospital. He is expected to be OK.
The Chattanooga Police Traffic Division is investigating the crash.

CPD said they are working a fatal crash near Linda's Produce.
The crash happened around 5:15 pm.
