Cargill Meat Solutions out of Colorado is recalling more than 132,000 pounds of ground beef products due to E. coli.
The ground beef items were produced and packaged on June 21, 2018.

The products subject to recall bear establishment number "EST. 86R" inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide, one of which is Publix.

The recall is the result of an investigation from August 30, 2018, of a contamination outbreak that resulted in 17 illnesses and one death that occurred between July 5 to July 25, 2018.
