UPDATE: Missing Memphis 3 week old boy found
UPDATE: The 3-week-old boy from Memphis at the center of an AMBER ALERT has been found.
Memphis Police posted on Twitter that the suspect had surrendered and is custody.
The child appears to be unharmed and will be checked out by paramedics.
PREVIOUS STORY: A Tennessee Statewide AMBER Alert has been issued by the TBI on behalf of the Memphis Police Department for 3-week-old Steven Smith. Steven is a black male with black hair,brown eyes, 19 inches long and 7 pounds.
TBI says Steven was seen wearing a black T-shirt and diaper and was abducted from a residence on 4200 block of Graceland Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee on the evening of Tuesday, September 18, 2018.
Agents say Steven was abducted by his 21-year-old non-custodial father Stevie Boyd, black male, with brown hair, brown eyes, 6'00", and 136 pounds and was last seen wearing a red/black hat with all black clothing.
We're told Stevie should be considered armed. If you have information on the whereabouts of Steven Smith or Stevie Boyd, you are asked to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI FIND or the Memphis Police Department at 901-545-2677.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an AMBER ALERT for 3-week-old Steven Smith out of Memphis.
Agents say he was taken by non-custodial father Stevie Boyd. Boyd should be considered armed.
