Pikeville man arrested for possession of Gabapentin
Two Bledsoe County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man Sunday with 30 gabapentin capsules and a meth pipe.
The deputies spotted a truck sitting unoccupied in the Lee Station area, and we able to find Tracy Scott McPherson of Pikeville, according to a post of the agency's Facebook page.
McPherson was in possession of 30 gabapentin capsules and a homemade meth pipe constructed from a light bulb.
McPherson is awaiting bond at the Bledsoe County Detention Center for charges of manufacturing/delivering/selling, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule 5 drug.
Gabapentin is a medication usually used to treat seizures and nerve pain following shingles, according to the WebMD website.
