Any spots of rain/storms this afternoon will fade by sunset or shortly thereafter. Then we'll have mostly clear skies overnight with patchy fog and lows in the lower 70s.

Labor Day will stay hot and humid with plenty of sunshine and highs around 90º. I can't take out rain chances altogether, but very few showers/storms will pop up across the Tennessee Valley, and they'll be very isolated. So, enjoy your cookouts, pool parties, boat rides, etc.!

It doesn't look like there will be any relief from the heat and humidity the rest of the week. Rain chances could increase depending on potential tropical development in the Gulf of Mexico.

8AM...Patchy Fog, 72º

12PM...Sun and Clouds, 85º (Heat Index 90º)
