Man pleads guilty to trafficking drugs at Bonnaroo
A man has pleaded guilty to trafficking drugs at Bonnaroo.
Graham Mitchell Clark, also known as Molly Poppins, pleaded guilty Wednesday to possessing with the intent to distribute MDMA and LSD at the music festival.
Clark's sentencing is scheduled for November 30 in Chattanooga. He faces up to 40 years in federal prison and at least four years of supervision by U.S. Probation once he is released.
In 2017, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation did an undercover drug buy from Clark at Bonnaroo. He was known to federal law enforcement as a person who distributed drugs at various music festivals, according to documents on file with the U.S. District Court. After Clark's arrest, officers found around a half-pound of MDMA and over five gross grams of LSD in his car.
Clark said he used cryptocurrency to buy the drugs on the "dark web."
The TBI, FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Manchester Police Department were all involved in the investigation.
